A high-performance standalone satellite positioning breakout board featuring an external high-gain passive ceramic patch antenna, ideal for location tracking and navigation mapping in Arduino, ESP32, and RC flight telemetry projects. Powered by the advanced u-blox NEO-6M core engine, this module connects rapidly with up to 50 global positioning satellites simultaneously, delivering highly precise latitude, longitude, altitude, and atomic time coordinate strings. It is equipped with an integrated battery backup system to preserve system ephemeris data, enabling an ultra-fast hot-start satellite reacquisition time under one second. Utilizing a simple hardware UART serial connection and featuring an onboard status LED that flashes upon securing a valid satellite fix, this module is an essential asset for autonomous drones, vehicle fleet trackers, and mobile IoT telemetry grids.
