The M430 is a high-precision, panel-mounted dual digital voltmeter and ammeter module engineered for real-time monitoring of DC voltage and high-current electrical systems. Capable of measuring up to 100A when paired with an external shunt, this module features a crisp, dual-color LED display (Blue for Voltage, Green for Current) that provides immediate, high-contrast visibility even in low-light environments. Built with integrated fine-tuning calibration potentiometers, it allows technicians and hardware engineers to calibrate display readings for absolute accuracy. It features standard industrial panel-snap clips, making it a perfect component for power distribution units, battery charging stations, custom automotive dashboard panels, and test bench setups.
Pinout / Layout Connections
The module includes two separate wire harnesses on the rear side for power and measurement isolation:
Thin Wire Harness (Power Supply & Voltage Sensing):
Red Wire (VCC): Thin red wire connects to the positive power supply powering the meter itself (DC 4V to 30V max).
Black Wire (GND): Thin black wire connects to the system ground or negative supply terminal.
Yellow/White Wire (VIN): Thin measurement wire connects to the positive side of the target load or voltage source being monitored (DC 0V to 100V max testing range).
Thick Wire Harness (Current Sensing via External Shunt):
Thick Red Wire: Connects to the load terminal or the output side of the external current shunt resistor.
Thick Black Wire: Connects to the main power source negative supply line (System Ground Side) via the input terminal of the external shunt resistor.
