The DC Jack Female Power Connector Pigtail is a premium, pre-wired power interface designed to introduce clean DC power distribution into your custom electronic enclosures and prototype circuit designs. This connector features a standard, universally adopted 5.5mm outer diameter and 2.1mm inner pin female barrel jack molded securely to a flexible, pre-stripped 15cm pigtail wire.
Pre-fitted with premium 26AWG multi-strand copper conductors, this pigtail eliminates the tedious task of hand-soldering small, fragile barrel terminals directly. The wire ends are pre-cut, stripped, and tinned, making them instantly ready to be soldered onto circuit boards, joined with wire nuts, or inserted straight into screw terminal blocks. It is the perfect choice for powering Arduino boards, LED strips, CCTV camera nodes, and custom 12V or 5V power distribution lines.
⚠️ Polarity Safety Reminder: Always double-check your power supply polarity using a digital multimeter before completing your final wire joints. By industry standard for center-positive DC adapters, the Red wire connects to the inner positive pin (+) and the Black wire connects to the outer negative sleeve (-). Reversing these wires can permanently damage sensitive microcontrollers.
