The 50x20mm Polyamide Caster from Pro Tronix is engineered for performance in demanding environments. Polyamide (commonly known as Nylon) is a superior material for wheels because it is incredibly tough, abrasion-resistant, and won’t develop “flat spots” after sitting under a heavy load for long periods.
Unlike rubber wheels, these polyamide casters have very low rolling resistance, allowing your project—whether it’s a heavy-duty autonomous mobile robot (AMR) or a workshop trolley—to glide effortlessly across smooth surfaces.
