The 4072 CMOS Dual 4-Input OR Gate IC is a high-performance CMOS digital logic integrated circuit featuring two independent 4-input OR logic gates in a single package. Operating on the principle of Boolean OR logic, the output of each gate goes HIGH whenever one or more of its four input lines receive a HIGH logic signal, remaining LOW only when all four inputs are grounded or LOW.
Designed with wide supply voltage flexibility (3V to 18V DC) and extremely low static power consumption, the 4072 is ideal for battery-powered circuits and noise-tolerant industrial controls.
