The BMS 10S 36V 30A Li-ion Battery Protection Module is a heavy-duty Battery Management System engineered to monitor and safeguard 10-series lithium-ion battery packs (36V nominal / 42V full charge). Specially built for high-power applications such as electric scooters, e-bikes, solar storage banks, and industrial power tools, this module manages individual cell balancing while providing robust protection against overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, and short circuits.
Equipped with an integrated aluminum heat sink for efficient thermal dissipation during sustained high-current draws, it ensures long-term operational stability and extends overall battery pack lifespan under heavy continuous loads up to 30A.
⚠️ Wiring & Safety Tip: Always wire the balancing ribbon cable strictly in order starting from B- (0V ground) up to B10+ (36V nominal / 42V peak). Verify every individual wire voltage with a multimeter on the connector plug before plugging it into the BMS board to prevent instant damage to the IC.
