⚠️ Calibration & Assembly Tip: When assembling and powering up the MDS-60, ensure the PCB search coil area is kept clear of metal workbenches or nearby tools. Use a plastic screwdriver to gently adjust the blue multi-turn potentiometer until the buzzer and LED just turn OFF. Once calibrated to this threshold, bringing a metal object near the PCB coil will trigger the oscillator circuit, instantly activating the buzzer and LED.
