The Self-Locking Push Button Switch 6-Pin from Pro Tronix is a staple for every electronics workbench. Unlike momentary buttons that spring back immediately, this switch features a self-locking (latching) mechanism: press it once to turn it ON (the button stays down), and press it again to turn it OFF (the button pops back up).
With its 6-pin DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) configuration, it can control two separate circuits simultaneously or be used to switch between two different power sources.
